MY PROJECTS OFTEN ENABLE ME TO NAVIGATE BASED ON A SIMILAR SITUATION

Business intelligence

The project was about introducing business intelligence in a company. First, Power BI was chosen as the front-end tool. Next, several analyses were carried out with extracts from business systems and external sources that were analysed before the results were visualized and presented in relation to the problem. Furthermore, a Data Warehouse was developed which makes data available for analysis across business systems. The purpose was to promote database-based decisions in the company.

Online sharing of product information

The project was about introducing the online tool Confluence for the collection and distribution of product information in a company. A concept was developed and launched which, on one intranet page, provides a quick overview of the product while at the same time giving the opportunity to go in depth as needed. The intranet page contained a short introduction of the product as well as links to e.g., documents, internet sites, key people, processes, and vendors related to the product. The purpose was that everyone related to the product can easily access product information regardless of time and place.

Radical Offering Simplification

The project was about radical simplification of product portfolio by reducing the number of products. Examples of sub-projects are migration of customers at prepaid price plan to postpaid price plan for B2C customers, change of bill format for large business customers, and clean up in the product database. Activities covered scoping, management buy in, and implementation of projects. The projects were a forerunner for a large transformation project.

Migration of product data

The project was about migration hardware data from the existing to the new BSS system. Migrated data was basic product data, technical specifications, prices, sales channels and product hierarchies. Activities covered creation of reports and data extracts from legacy systems, delivery of data, as well as coordination, facilitation, and knowledge transfer across stakeholders in different countries. The project was carried out in connection with a large transformation project.

Exhibition stand at Mobile World Congress

The project was about planning and execution of and an exhibition activity at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. End-to-end responsible for the exhibition, including preparation of stand in cooperation with external partner, arranging and conducting meetings at the exhibition, arranging transport, accommodation and staffing. The project aimed to create higher visibility worldwide.

Marketing communications platform

The project was about implementation of new a marketing communication platform for advanced software products. Some of the elements were product sheets, presentations, newsletters, press releases, social media, website, online visibility, and AdWords. Activities covered conceptualizing products, writing texts, creating illustrations and layout, as well as production of communication materials.

E-communication

The project was about introduction of e-communication. Activities covered introduction and management of the project, including management of internal and external stakeholders. The project made it possible for the customers to choose to get their order confirmations and bills sent via email or e-Boks. The project was a part of the digitalization strategy for the company.

Mobile office solutions

The project was about introduction of mobile office solutions for corporate and SME customers. Activities covered selection of technology, vendor selection, integration of the third party software in the company’s IT-system, management of international project team, development of marketing material, as well as launch internally and via trade fairs. The mobile office solution was launched as the first of its kind in Europe.

New pricing principle

The project was about introduction of a new price plan that did not distinguish between peak and off peak mobile voice pricing. The activities covered introduction of the concept, implementation in IT systems and internal launch in sales channels and customer care. At the time mobile voice price plans had different pricing during peak and off-peak hours. As a result of this price plan the industry standard changed to not distinguish between peak an off peak pricing.
